What is KendiQ?

KendiQ is the smarter way to plan your budget, with a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy for you to track your income and spending.

How to create an Account?

Set up your primary account for income and expense transactions, follow these steps:

  • First you tap on the profile name.

  • Then tap accounts menu or you can tap add accounts on home.

  • On account list tap icon plus on the top right or tap add new account on the box.

  • Then fill in the amount correctly.
    After everything is filled in correctly, then tap save

How to update Account?

If you find something went wrong in your account and you want to update, follow these steps:

  • First you tap on the profile name, And then tap accounts menu.

  • On the account list screen then select the account you want to update or you can also go through the home in the slider card section.

  • On account detail tap icon pencil on the top right.

  • Then fill in the amount correctly.
    After everything is filled in correctly, then tap save

How to disable Account?

If you have an unused account and want to delete it, this account can only be deactivated and cannot be deleted, follow these steps:

  • First you tap on the profile name, And then tap accounts menu.

  • On the account list screen then select the account you want to disable or you can also go through the home in the slider card section.

  • On account detail tap icon three dott on the top right and tap `Change status` then your account will be disable.
    To enable account tab `Change status` again then account was enable.

  • The account was disable correctly.

How to create Pocket?

If you want to create pocket, follow these steps:

  • First you tap pocket menu.

  • On the pockets list screen then select add budget or you can add pocket at home.

  • In add Budget choose icon with bg color and tap confirm, then fill out the amount, name, duration (weekly or monthly), category and account correctly.

  • If everything data was correctly, then tap save button.

How to update Pocket data?

If you want to update pocket data, follow these steps:

  • First you tap pocket menu.

  • On the pockets list screen then select wich one do you like to update or or you can directly select it on the home screen.

  • On the pocket detail you can tap pencil icon on the top right.

    kendiQ
  • on the update screen choose icon with bg color and tap confirm, then fill out the amount, name duration (weekly or monthly), category and account correctly.
    If everything correctly and then tap save.

How to delete Pocket data?

If you want to delete pocket data, follow these steps:

  • First you tap pocket menu.

  • On the pockets list screen then select wich one do you like to delete or or you can directly select it on the home screen.

  • On the pocket detail you can tap three dott icon on the top right.

  • And then tap delete budget, your budget will be deleted.

How to create Goals?

If you want to create goals, follow these steps:

  • First you tap pocket menu.

  • On the goals list screen then tap add goal.

  • In add goal choose icon with bg color and tap confirm, then fill out the amount, name and due date correctly.

  • If everything data was correctly, then tap save button.

How to update Goals?

If you want to update goals, follow these steps:

  • First you tap pocket menu.

  • On the goals list screen then choose item goal do you want to update.

  • In update goal choose icon with color and tap confirm, then fill out the amount, name and due date correctly.

How to delete Goals?

If you want to delete goals, follow these steps:

    Then, tap icon three dott on the top right.

  • On dropdown, tap delete.

  • Make sure if you want to delete goal then tap sure.

How to create Transaction History?

If you want to make a transaction, follow these steps:

  • First you select History menu on the bottom screen

  • Then select the green button with the plus icon

    kendiQ
  • Select the tab according to the transaction, such as for example Income, Expense or Transfer
    then fill in the amount, select the account source, then select a category and tap on advance to fill in the description and date of the transaction.

  • After everything is filled in correctly, then tap save.

How to update Transaction?

If there is an error in the transaction then you can change it, follow these steps:

  • First you select History menu on the bottom screen

  • Select icon pencil on the right top and update your data correctly.

  • After everything is correctly, then tap save.

How to delete Transaction?

If you want to delete your transaction, follow these steps:

  • First you select History menu on the bottom screen

  • Then select the items do you want to delete.

  • Tap on text "Delete this transaction" for delete, and then tap button sure for delete. If you don`t want to delete tap cancel.

What is Report?

Report is a summary of transactions in the current month:

  • In the graphic image is as a breakdown of the percentage of the use of expense transactions.
    Estimated balance left is the total remaining budget of all accounts.

How to custom category?

If you want custom category, follow these steps:

  • First you tap on the profile name.

  • Then select categories menu, On category list tap icon plus on top right

  • Then choose icon, color and tap confirm then fill name and type.

  • If everything is filled correctly then tap save.

How to update or disable category?

If you want update category, follow these steps:

  • First you tap on the profile name.

  • Then select categories menu, On category list tap the item you want to update.

  • Then choose icon, color and tap confirm then fill name and type correctly.
    If you switch Active to deactivate the category was disable cannot be delete.

  • If everything is filled correctly then tap save.
